PAROLA TAVOLO

"Parola" is the table lamp that Gae Aulenti and Piero Castiglioni designed for FontanaArte in 1980: a sphere of blown glass suspended on a glass stem, with a glass base. Three elements made of the same material, crafted in three different ways.

A classic of Italian glass

The ⌀200 mm shade diffuses a soft, even light; the transparent stem and base make the sphere appear to be suspended. The dimmer on the cord adjusts the brightness. Standing 530 mm tall, it is designed for console tables, statement nightstands, coffee tables, and bookshelves in homes and executive offices.

Two lampshades

Available with a white glass sphere for neutral light, or an amber sphere for a warmer, golden glow.
